We went with the meet & greet option and was taken to the villa which was a true paradise. The unpaved road was tricky going up and down to the villa but we managed with our car rental. We LOVED the pool, the amazing views from the patio and the Gail, our host was amazing! There were some maintenance issues but nothing major. The bbq grill was a great addition to our home cooked dinner. Our group enjoyed Antigua and the untouched beaches so much we will be back!

The house is in an amazing location right across the street from sandals, in a secluded area. The view is absolutely to die for and you will literally not be bothered by a single soul since it’s the last house on the hill. The house is equipped with a security alarm which helped us feel extremely safe during our whole stay. The pool was also great and well kept. My boyfriend and I are old and suffer from back pain so we loved the hard beds but some of the guys staying with us did not which made the yellow couch one of the most sought after places to sleep. The house comes with a washer and drier which came in handy. The drier doesn’t really work though so we ended up hanging our clothes and towels on the clothes line in the backyard. We paid $40 dollars to get picked up from the airport by Kevin (house manager) but if you have international data and can use your phones GPS I would recommend renting a car because you’re definitely gonna need it to get around. Kevin was great, personable, and even took us to a local Jamaican food spot when we told him how completely famished we were from our travels. Things to know: host provides first round of toilet paper then you have to buy the rest, there’s no hand soap just hand sanitizer, no dish soap, and no garbage bags - I’m not sure if you’re supposed to buy this yourself since I only messaged the house manager about getting us trash bags. Wifi is slow and if you’re with a large group it will run out in one or two days tops. I didn’t mind since I wanted to disconnect but the people in my group were part of the wedding party and needed to communicate with the bride so they weren ’t too happy about the connection issues. In conclusion we would definitely stay here again, we’re not a high maintenance group so things worked out fine but in my humble opinion I would suggest providing guests with more amenities.

Ken thank you for being so accommodating and answering my calls no matter the time of day! It was truly appreciated. To future staying guests, Please be careful when parking. It is a high cliff and if they haven’t fixed the entire barrier, you can fall off the edge like we did. Luckily a tree stopped our fall, but it did damage the car and we incurred expenses. The charges are nothing compared to our lives though, but thought it best for your knowledge. The views were good but there are bars on all of the windows and doors which we had to unlock and lock daily so it was a bit of a hazard. Hopefully they update the pictures so you too are aware that there are bars on all the doors and windows before you arrive. There is no sign to show where the villa is, if you book and arrive and there is no sign, tell your guests/ taxi it is past Sandals and up on the hill at the very top. Overall it was an okay stay. Probably would stay at their other properties next time we come to Antigua.

The house is in a great location and has a beautiful view. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The house does need some maintenance and wasn't as clean as it could have been. And be advised that the Wi-Fi is a bit unreliable. Overall, we felt like the house was not the best value.

Excellent accommodation set on the hillside with stunning views over Dickenson Bay. Kevin our agent was extremely helpful managing the property, arranging cleaning mid stay, and sorting out any minor issues quickly. There’s a house phone for local calls, Wi-fi, tv, pool is clean and sunny, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Kevin very kindly dropped some important things we had forgotten to the airport after we had left. Thank you! A rental car is recommended for this location.
