General Information
There is a 14% Government Tax and service charge on the rates for the villas.
All prices are in USD.
When you book with us, we meet you at the airport, show you around and escort you to the appropriate villa. We can assist with arranging a rent a car /jeep for you or we can pick you up from the airport. The pick up fee to meet you and show you around is a total of US$40 and that includes everybody in your group.
A damage deposit of US$300 will be required when you check into the villa. This will be fully refunded before departure in the absence of any damage.
Please note that we do not offer all-inclusive packages, but you are more than welcome to ask us about fun activities in the area, fees for chefs/meals, and car rentals.
Please let us know if you wish to host a party so we can further discuss. Our villas are primarily intended for quiet retreats, and depending on the party, an additional fee may be charged. Long term stays are welcome at the Grande Villa, Paradise View Villa and Bellevue 2.

We accept Traveler’s Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Money Order and Cash.
Cancellations and Refunds
A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made and the villa is rented for the same time period.
Description
A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking and 50% one week before arrival. A $300 security deposit is required prior to occupancy.
