There is 20.5% tax and service charge on the rates for the villas.

When you book with us, we meet you at the airport, show you around and escort you to the appropriate villa. We can rent a car for you at the lowest rate possible in Antigua, if you so desire, usually $35 per day. The pick up fee to meet you and show you around is a total of US$30 and that includes everybody.

When you arrive at the villa we read the electricity meter in your presence and a day or two before you leave, we read it again and you pay for the exact amount of electricity you use in local currency which is small but we do this to encourage responsible usage of the island’s limited resources.

A damage deposit of US$300 will be required when you check into the villa. This will be fully refunded before departure in the absence of any damage.

We accept Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Money Order and Cash. You will be picked up at the airport and taken to the villa.

Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund will granted if cancellation is made and the villa is rented for the same time period.

A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking and 50% one week before arrival. A $300 security deposit is required prior to occupancy.
